I like the daily challenges and career opportunities that this company can provide their motivated and enthusiastic employees!

By the end of 2009 I was looking for a job opportunity here in the most wonderful city in the world, my hometown, Ulm. Honestly I had not heard anything about Transporeon so far, but they were looking for an IT Project Manager with French skills. I loved the job from day one and I did not regret my decision so far! After 1,5 years I was promoted and became one of the Team Leaders within the Projects department. Due to organizational changes and the fast growth of Transporeon the position of the Head of Projects became vacant and, instead of hiring an external candidate with more experience in leadership, the management trusted me and I took over the responsibility for the Projects department in January 2012.

My journey at Transporeon Group

I think the working atmosphere at Transporeon is particularly positive, motivating and fair.

In 2005, I was employed by Transporeon for the new position as Project Manager which was created in order to guarantee full support of shippers during the processing phase of a project. From 2008 until the end of 2014, I held the role as team leader of a project team in addition to the role as Project Manager. Since the beginning of 2015, I have taken over the position as Project Consultant - apart from my role as Project Manager - in order to upskill further.

My journey at Transporeon Group

I love to be “my own boss”, organize and manage my schedules on my own and always to have the chance to bring my own ideas into the Group strategy, to move things further

Started in 2007 as a trainee in the Transporeon Group in Ulm. After that I continued since then in my Role as “After Sales Manager”, responsible for the management of customer projects with big industrial companies. After 1,5 years I took over the responsibility of a project team in my new role as” Teamleader Customer projects”. After that I decided to take a new challenge in the Sales department of the group. Since Sep. 2013 I am working as a Key Account Manager / Manager Business Development with the main focus on the markets in Germany, Switzerland and the Nordic countries.
